Historically in Brazil the accounting profession was not considered as one of the most prestigious ones, such as medicine and law. This is the opposite of what happened in more developed countries.

However, the partners of AEG believe that the necessary economic development of Brazil will cause a review in the role of the accounting profession. Valorized accountants are a guarantee of quality and transparency in the companies’ financial reports, making them more reliable for investors.

Following the example of more developed countries, Brazil will need a strong capital market to leverage and support its economic growth. And a strong capital market depends on good accounting.

The partners of AEG believe that in the future only the best prepared accountants and accounting firms will survive this review in the role of the profession, and the new demands of the market.

With this belief they founded AEG, always trying to position the firm in the market as a different one, totally quality oriented. And quality in services depends on two pillars: people and training. In terms of people AEG tries to recruit trainees who wish to invest in their careers, who want continuous learning and professional growth. In terms of training, AEG continually invests in the preparation of its employees. All the Companies’ employees in the technical areas are either graduated in accounting, or are studying it with financial support from the firm.
